10 Nov 2009Young people: Finding their way in a new era, NCVER policy forum Melbourne
The National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER) and the Australian Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations are presenting this policy forum in November. With data from the Longitudinal Surveys of Australian Youth (LSAY), the event will seek to inform policymakers on how they can improve education outcomes for young people, provide them with skills for the labour market, and help ensure that they lead full and meaningful lives.

Keynote speaker: Adam Smith, Chief Executive Officer, The Foundation for Young Australians

Of interest to those with an interest in youth transitions policy from all sectors of government, the-not-for-profit sector, all education sectors, career advisors, peak youth bodies and the social and community sectors.
