The reader who wishes to pursue a study of national youth service (NYS) can do so by contacting the International Association for National Youth Service. Its secretariat resides with the host of the Global Conferences, held once every two years -- the 7th conference will be held in in August 2004 -- see details.

Governments, organizations, and individuals may join the Association by writing to the secretariat in accordance with Article III of the Association's Charter -- printed in full in Appendix B.
